Hortitech Multi-span design commercial Greenhouse structures combine a versatile design and cost-effective starting position or addition for a wide range of growing environments. The shape of the arches allows for excellent light transmission. We offer various standard widths and wall heights to focus on flexibility and the practical use of both the growing space and environmental conditions. Standard Features:

• Standard under-gutter height – 2.1m to 3.0m (higher heights available upon request)
• Standard post spacing of 2.133m (7ft), with an optional spacing of 2.0m
• Factory welded pre-fabricated truss or bolted web truss designs
• Anti-hot spot frame guard tape
• Wide gutters to both sides with rain head boxes to one end of each gutter run
• Suitable for polyethylene greenhouse plastic

Hortitech offers general Greenhouse maintenance and recover works on existing Greenhouses, Shadehouses, Hot Houses, Tunnel Houses and Polyhouse Structures. We provide all the materials and labour force required to carry out installations.

Insurance Quotations can be provided for repair works on Greenhouses, Shadehouses, Tunnel Houses and Polyhouse Structures caused by storm, tree or other environmental damage.

Hortitech Tunnel House Kits (THK) are a versatile and adaptable style of Greenhouse, ideally suited for domestic or small commercial operations. A Greenhouse creates a temperature-controlled environment, enabling a variety of crops and plants to be grown all year-round. Hortitech offer a variety of kits with standard widths, and lengths beginning at 4.27m long, increasing in increments of 2.133m (7ft).

The complete Kit consists of square galvanised steel tube, with either treated pine or steel-based boards and door frames, including necessary fasteners and Hortiweave or Polyguard (Solarweave) door flaps on each end. The cover can either be an Anti-drip or Thermal Rose Horticraft Greenhouse plastic film. The hoops are spaced at 2.133m (7ft), creating a well-structured frame for the Horticraft Greenhouse plastic film. Felt hoop tape is included to protect your plastic from rubbing and wearing against the steel frame hoops.

• Hortiweave roll-up door curtains.

Optional Features:

• Single door/s (dependent on width of THK)
• Hortitech Handyscreen Cover in 50% or 70% block-out, allowing for easy application and removal for temperature control
• Side-wall wind-up curtains (dependent on width of THK)
• Fixed or tilting vents (dependent on width of THK)

At no additional cost and for ease of transport, hoops can be split; this can considerably lower the price of freight. Kits can be transported in a tandem trailer, or a vehicle that can carry 5.4m lengths.

Bird Net, Hortiweave, Polyguard (Solarweave) or premium Shadecloth cover options are available at an extra charge. Additional optional accessories such as Sliding Doors, Vents and Roll-up Side-wall ventilation Curtains can be chosen to enhance growing conditions.

Installation is available upon request at an additional charge (location restrictions may apply). All prices are subject to freight/delivery charges, and vary depending on Tunnel House, Polytunnel and Polyhouse Kit size.
